Our Storage Facility
Holston Storage, LLC., located in the historic Bristol Steel and Iron Inc. building, is a family owned business with more than 40,000 square feet of boat and RV storage space. The building dates back to 1939 and is constructed of exceptionally strong steel, providing superb protection throughout the life of the building. With close proximity to I-81 and easy access from Piedmont Avenue in Bristol, Virginia, Holston Storage is the ideal location to store your recreational vehicles in an indoor secure setting away from the seasonal elements.
There are three common routes to take into Holston Storage LLC.
From I-81 we recommend using VA Exit 5 and turning SOUTH on Lee Hwy (Rt 11). Just after passing Walgreens, Bella's Pizza, and Citgo, the road will fork - stay to the left and down the hill to the traffic light. Turn right at the traffic light onto Oakview Ave. Stay on Oakview until it intersects with Piedmont Ave. Our building will be directly in front of you.
Alternative Routes
Route 1: The first is to turn onto Piedmont Ave off of State Street. This route; however, has a bridge with low clearance. Taller units will wish to choose an alternate route.
Route 2: The second option is to turn onto Scott St off of M.L.K. Jr Blvd and proceed to Piedmont Ave. Our facility will be directly in front of you once you have reached the end of Scott St.
Route 3: The third option is to turn onto Piedmont Ave off of Euclid Avenue. Once you turn onto Piedmont our facility is just a short distance on the right.
